FASC is made from EPP (expanded polypropylene), with a hollow core and medium density. It is 35 cm long, with a 14 cm outer diameter, and comes in black.

The box contains 1 RELEX FASC foam roller. The packaging shows four movements for the upper back, front of thigh, back of thigh and calves. The website guide provides the corresponding steps.

Start with light pressure and small movements, using your arms and feet to share your weight. Keep your muscles relaxed and breathe naturally. There is no need to seek out pain.

Use on a stable, non-slip surface with enough room to move. After use, keep it dry and store in a cool place away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Do not stand on the roller or use it as a standing balance aid.
